Called Jon Wayne and they were friendly and helpful. Explained the problem and had service the next day and in my schedule, no problem. Brent, the tech, was knowledgeable and helpful as well. Will use them again as I signed up for their "Rescue Club" because I was so impressed. Thanks for everything!
