Called at 8:30 am, told them what problem I was having Ang given a window between 2-6pm on same day!! Technician, Eron Arochi, was here aprox. 4 pm & didn't leave until 8 pm! He ad all the parts I needed on his truck, was very professional & personable, and we had our a\c going strong when he left!! He went beyond basic service as far as I am concerned!! Would recommend Jon Wayne to anyone at this time!!
