John Wayne has spent time and energy on marketing their product. They answer the phone very up-beat. Ask how they can make you smile today.
But the 4 hour window of when the service person will arrive is a little debilitating. Then, after you sit 4 hours- he still may not make it.
Our service person was well trained in word and dialogue- but he changed our air flow, and we had to have him out 3 times
Just because you sound good- does not mean you are good. He made comments like the old way wasn t correct, and things could break. It lasted 20 years that way, and it was fine. I hope and pray that now he has changed things back- I hope things don t break.
