I had a wonderful experience at Jim Ellis. I went in to look at a used Yukon with an appointment on a Saturday. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived and the salesmen, Mark and Billy, went above and beyond to make this deal work!!! The manager was just as helpful and went above and beyond as well!!!! These guys are the best!!!! I will continue to make the 2 hour drive to Jim Ellis for mine and my families future auto needs!!!! This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle!!! Thank you ALL so much for putting up with me and making sure I was happy and in the vehicle I wanted when I left there!!!! You guys are amazing!!!!!
