The manager at Jim Ellis has repeatable showed little to zero interest in customer safety or concerns. The manager has also repeatable told me he would contact me or perform simple task such as call me to let me know if they're are any available rental cars so I can drive a safe vehicle while mine was getting worked on. The staff spends a good amount of time just fixing the damage that the manager is causing to the Chevrolet brand. It's very obvious and apparent
