I am writing to complain about the service I ve received from the Peachtree industrial location for the past 5 years. Not once have I received good service. I've always had to come back on multiple occasions.. for The same issue! and pay additional! Not once has a manager apologized or even comped or gave me credit for the time wasted.

Recently I had a water issue and I literally had to go in the back on my hands and knees to find where the water was coming from. Again I watched your managers just sit there and watch me. I haven't received any status update unless I call...im racking up on rental fees bc no one knows how to rectify the issue. This unacceptable for a customer and this is the last time I will bring my car to this location. I need to feel valued as a customer, I do not feel so at this location. stay away you will go broke!
