Took my truck in for repair recently. The outcome wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, but my service advisor (James Williams) put forth a lot of effort to make sure that I was still pleased with my level of service. James was very courteous, respectful, and professional. He kept me informed of any changes, and followed up with phone calls and messages. James treated me like a customer should be treated and that alone has earned repeat business. Thanks James and Great Job!
