I had a 5:00 appt. Left for over an hour, came back and it had not been taken back yet. The appt. was for a routine oil change and tire rotation. No one cared. The tow truck driver, Mr. Mayer was kind of enough to go talk to them on my behalf because he said this is not how Jim Ellis normally operates. Finally out of there 7:30 ish. They say I have a free car detailing on my acct. But told just remind them when I come back. Don t know if documented, but I have no proof that it was. We have 2 Ellis cars, so expect better service.
