From start to finish a really great experience. I had the pleasure of being Kaylyn Powell's first sale. She was a pleasure to work with and hopefully her positive momentum has continued. I never felt any pressure and they are all about making a good deal for the customer and making some money themselves. The sales manager Jordan Woods is a pro, very good guy and good at his job. I wanted to make some modifications to my Tahoe Z71 that required some logistical challenges for him but he delivered first class service from start to finish. Thanks Kaylyn, Jordan, and Jim Ellis Chevrolet. (PS--I hate the car buying process and they made it pretty painless for me :) )
