Bought a 2005 Honda from Jim Ellis and the experience with Manny was great. Although this car was priced lower than most of those on the lot Manny made me feel valued and helped me get a fair deal. Since this car was a recent trade-in I don't think they had a chance to completely go through it but they agreed to replace the tires and brakes. This made me believe they care about the quality of their vehicles. There was a slight hiccup with one of the keys missing but Manny stayed with it to ensure the key turned up and I received it.
