That was the first attempt to order something. The second time I didn't even enter this site. I thought these newer, lesser known stores are ok but they seem to be more dusty than the established ones.

Of the three commands, one was in a gesture: it is not the product of the store, the supplier, and I only found out when I called the phone ... In the future I will collaborate with them only if I am the only shop selling the desired product

I bought a refrigerator 3 days ago from the company's website, and its delivery (in a county neighboring the capital) was made quickly, in less than 48 hours from ordering on the internet.
The product arrived in absolutely perfect condition, being transported home and unpacked with care by the company's employees.

Im so disappointed with this store, they had discount on things we paid online and then surprise! They call us to "suggest" more expensive things, and we accepted, then they called again to tell us that Those things they suggested were also NOT IN STOCK so we had to wait 3 weeks for delivery, then they delivered INCOMPLETE as of now their very very VERY unpolite and uninformed customer service told us that they cant do anything, so my induction plaque who is MORE EXPENSIVE than the one i originally chose and THEY suggested, is LOST! And no one seems to help us with an answer today is the 5th day i call and no answer whatsoever, neither for my money back or for my lost item. Everyone was right ,IDEALL.RO has fake prices and absolutely terrible customer service. Going to ANPC if this thing isn't solved soon. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
