I am not satisfied, because the product does not look like in the picture on the site, there is a VISIBLE difference between what I received and what was on the site. I could say that it is a defect.
Ideall no longer answers the phone or email.
Of course, let's not forget the European legislation which says that in 14 days you can return a good bought from an online store.
I do not recommend this company at all!
