I received an order on Saturday, August 19th and had problems with one of the products. The courier unpacked the Arctic Stove UAM5512DDTL, except for the bottom, saying he would not undo it, that it was ok.
At first glance, the product did not have any problem, but when I unpacked that part of the package, after the courier left, it was too quick to reach other deliveries (after 20 minutes) the product has a failure after transport, it is bent and does not sit on the floor, it is unbalanced and has the back part unpacked, representing a real danger. It is clear that he was escaped from a great height and probably the person who delivered me knew about the problem, so he did not undo the whole package and did not let us touch him.
I had a telephone conversation with a representative of the company who advised me to call the courier to come to pick up the non-compliant product, but he refused, reasoning that he has other deliveries to honor. I made an online notification, to which I received a dry answer, as the notification was sent to the warehouse.
When I called to receive more details, I was not answered, and a colleague answered, who said he did not know how I came to call him, that he is not connected, although the day before answer from call center. Then he told me who he needed, he said he does not know, to expect an answer in the mail, but he does not know in how many days, he gave me the number from the "complaints department", where not even ringing, the voicemail enters , after which my phone was closed when I asked for more details.
