I do not recommend. Avoid as much as possible if you do not want to get nervous. I ordered two Kludi shower faucets from them and when they delivered the boxes they were unsealed, glued with scotch, the products were dirty and with clear signs that they had been used, probably exposed in a showroom, I don't even want to think that they were mounted . The boxes were different, although I ordered identical products, the labels are not the same. The call center recommended me to make a complaint by email, you can't talk to anyone there, phones only have for taking orders, not for complaints. If you have a problem, send an email and wait for them to respond. Romanian. I admit that I was wrong not to open the package on delivery, but I did not think that, paying for a new product, I still have to check that I will not receive a used one. Horrible experience.
