I bought a toaster (Oursson) that worked ONE DATE, and I'm not kidding.
I sent the return request, which was totally ignored. After half a week and more phones ... they kindly answered the request with a 2-page email telling us that we have to bear the costs of repair and transport.
An ANPC complaint follows.

I do not recommend the site!

Nr. the order is 766320, although in these comments you are very prompt but at a return email, you will answer after 10 days and this only after the telephone notification initiated by the buyer.
BUT you have strict return rules in 14 days ... of which 10 days we are ignored.
