Order confirmed not delivered on time (delayed 1 week). I contacted him 3 times (2 times on the phone, once in the mail), nobody could offer me any information regarding the order situation (on the phone the answer was postponed under the pretext "we will check and come back with a phone" , what didn't happen). No one replied to the email. I sent a new reply in which I asked for the cancellation of the order (there is no cancellation button on the site !?), I was answered within 2 minutes (confirmation of cancellation).
