A horrible experience, largely thanks to the opera...

A horrible experience, largely thanks to the operator who took care of the FB page.

The story:
I check to buy an OLED TV, it says "In stock supplier" (which I knew meant there was that stock somewhere, but not in their warehouse).
I buy the product with the card, everything is ok, and then I receive an email from dep. Sales that the product is no longer in stock, and I recommend buying a TV with a range below. I respectfully refused, and then the communication was interrupted.
I called the call center several times, no one answered, I said to wait until the next day, and I called again. As. No answer. Luckily I thought of writing on Facebook. There I came across the operator who had a horrible attitude.
He explained to me what "Supplier Stock" means to them, after he tried to keep me with a TV that was with a model below, I refused and here it seems that he was bothered that I received the answer "There are no more variants for OLED weak, please, we will unlock your money ".
To be happy and happy that I learned that all OLEDs are the same, identical, do not have different functionalities or different parts. And after praying, of course, I found out I could get my money back.
I tried to tell him that the retention attempt was appreciated, and I explained to him what the difference was between the two TVs, and he replied with "I appreciate fine arrogance". After that, I was not answered. (I can also provide a screenshot, if someone from middle-upper management reads this review).

A: "Hello, we understand the situation, unfortunately our supplier no longer has the product. We will do everything possible to prevent this situation from occurring in the future. I understand that you do not want another product, we have requested to cancel the order" - it was a simple and ok answer.
