Hello, I am still trying to receive an answer related to a guarantee for a mobile phone bought from the site, I have a problem with it and when I contacted Samsung Service Romania, after I provided them with the IMEI code, it was sent to me that no I can fix the problem because the phone sold by you is destined for the Swiss market and I can't repair it under warranty in Romania. For several days I have been sending an email to contact@ideall.ro at the suggestion of the operator in your call center . On the other hand, I tried to call the call center again and no one answers, after 15-20 minutes of waiting, my call closes. I am waiting for an answer to the e-mails sent, from you as soon as possible, if not, I will have to take all the necessary steps to be able to benefit from the guarantee for which I paid.
