I ordered several times from Ideall. The last order was through 2016, order 328107. Some products have much better prices than other online stores but only some. I did not have any problems with any product or delivery, people are pretty serious and I got everything I needed: invoice, warranty. We have not had a guarantee so far or a return issue. Strange that they are not listed in the search engines as price or price comparison.
