on 31st of 2018 I ordered a washing machine, paid with the card directly on the site. On 3 January 2019 I was informed that the product is not in stock. On 3 January 2019 in the evening, I made another order to another washing machine, also paid by the card. On January 4, I rang from 9 am to 12 pm and no one answered at their headquarters. at 13 o'clock I was at their headquarters to ask the order status. I vb with a gentleman Claudiu Morosanu who was initially nice and told me that I will get the order on 5. The resigilated product, only present two traces of hitting the left side side. There was no problem for the washing machine to be shut. On the 5th came the order, but the washing machine fitted as a book and more, waited two hours to get used to the temp in the house, it worked for 30 seconds and flooded the kitchen because somewhere under the water flowing. I called Mr. Claudiu who told me it was Saturday and that we heard at 9:00 on Monday. I also ordered another washing machine on the 5th and I paid for the first one with the card. On Monday I called and asked WHEN WHEN I LOVE THE NEW PRODUCT I CAN REDUCE THEM UNFUNCTIONALLY, given that all products are good. On Sunday I ordered a refrigerator and I paid in full with the card. On Tuesday at noon I am notified by e-mail that that combine is not in stock and that I recommend another combine.
Being paid, I could not give up because the money is returned in 45 days and I urgently needed a new refrigerator, and 1500 lei do not grow in the tree. So I accepted the combination recommended by them but I clearly specified that I want it to be delivered on the same day as they informed me very late.
It wasn't until around 2:30 pm that I received a phone call informing me that it would be delivered between 4 and 10 p.m.
The boys came around 17 but I gave them 50 lei to take me to the 3rd floor.
The combination is ok. It is smaller than the one I had initially ordered but when I accepted the exchange I knew what the characteristics of the product were.
The conclusion is that it would be better not to pay with the card because the product may not be in stock and your money will be returned in 45 days.
