I ordered a sink from the dasii and received it broken. The courier who brought it asked for my money back and as soon as I gave it to him he left without allowing me to open the package. As it seemed strange to me, I took pictures of the package which was apparently intact. After I opened it, I noticed that the sink was broken. I called the courier who told me that he has nothing to do with checking the package and to call Ideall.ro. I called the dancers and they told me that I can only return the product if it is intact. I explained the situation to them, sent them the pictures and drew their attention to the fact that the supplier simply ran away before I could check the package, which is why I DID NOT SIGN THE RECEIPT.
For over a month the only reactions from IDEALL.RO were an email in which there was a blah blah of a few pages that I am allowed to return the products received but to be intact, otherwise it does not return the money. EVERY TIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CALLED BY RETURN COLLEAGUES. A FACED LIE, NO PHONE FOR OVER 6 WEEKS.
It's embarrassing that nowadays some people still understand doing business this way. Although I pointed out that I DID NOT SIGN FOR RECEIPT, a mandatory fact for a courier transaction, the dancers preferred to lengthen it without having the good sense to contact me at least once and without any clear answer until this date.
I do not recommend in any way IDEALL.RO, shameful, embarrassing unacceptable way to treat customers.

I issued order 439998 on 20.10.2017 and was told that it will be delivered in 5 days because they do not have a washing machine in stock.
