On 28.08.2020, Order 888096 was canceled due to "lack of stock", online payment by card. I received an automatic message indicating that the amount will be returned in 5 working days.
We are still waiting for the return of the money. I also wrote to you by e-mail and today I waited 1 hour on the phone, in vain, I did not succeed.
What are you doing in this regard?
