I bought (or tried to buy) a washing machine from ...

I bought (or tried to buy) a washing machine from this store, appeared in stock. Currently, after 2 weeks in the account on the site my order appears to be completed, several days before we received mail that the products are ready for delivery, but to me has not come any product.
I tried to contact the store several times, no one answered by phone, or sometimes, sometimes I close my robot after a few minutes of waiting with the message "We recorded your call, we call you :)"
An unpleasant experience!
