Don't buy from Ideall, there are scammers who, after you have bought a product and want to return it, no longer answer the phone, messages or email. On 20.05.2020 I bought from them a TV that did not have the functions mentioned by the manufacturer, I wanted to return it immediately the next day but I had no one to talk to, I sent them messages and emails to which I did not They answered. I managed after about 5 days in which I called after several calls to get in touch with them. They told me that there was nothing I could say, that the TV came packaged and that it could not be manufactured. I had the right to return it in 14 days, they told me that I had to pay for the transport and that they would stop my money because I used it. I sent the TV to Depanero from where I received confirmation by a message on the phone that the ones I reported are true and requested parts needed to repair the TV. You don't deserve a single star, I give it to you because I can't post the message, and if you delete it I will repost it every day, both on your page and on other pages.
