I ordered a freezer from the site, I made the payment, and after a few minutes I received an email notifying me that the product is not available (the money will be refunded in a few days, great!) why the lack of stock is not notified on the site, and the operator's response was that if I want to make a complaint I have to send an email (phone is not possible, although I did not mention the complaint). Then he told me that on the site it says that the delivery is not immediate (on the site it says delivery in 1-5 days) and I had to realize for myself that it is not in stock. He later changed his mind and told me that the product was not available anywhere in the country. So he refuses to update the stocks in the hope that if you still paid, you can take something else from them (the same thing happened to a colleague at work)! If you ever want to take something from them, I recommend you call to check the stock, and even so I would be a little skeptical. I will definitely avoid them !!!
