I start by telling you that I have read absolutely all the reviews posted here, all about 900 that exist at the moment. This company continues to exist because we allow them, because we remain passive to the abuses they commit.
From what I noticed, there are two types of spikes that I give:
1. It cancels your order after they have collected the money, under the false reason that the product is not in stock, although it continues to appear on the site, and then returns your money at the maximum term provided by law (14 days).
2. I send you a resealed product instead of the new one and they accuse you of being guilty because you didn't check it or because you didn't check it in detail.
Unfortunately, I am also in one of the two situations. From my point of view, both practices are illegal, they violate any consumer right.
Someone said below two days ago (Nico Luca) that we should unite and sue them collectively. I totally agree with that person.

PS: Someone was amazed how from here the people from Ideall respond very quickly to the reviews, and in the emails and on the phone they don't bother to do it. The answer is simple: here they have a camera image, they want to look very nice in order to be able to continue spitting.
