I order a black Robot vacuum cleaner, of 1790 lei, I receive an unsealed package with a white Robot vacuum cleaner of 1250 lei (prices from them on the site). If I had ordered a weaker model, would it ever have been confusing to send the package of the better model ?! Honestly, I doubt it! Call, tell me to send mail (I'm glad you have a phone). Do not reply to emails. It already smells like a scam. It's nothing, because I see that the world is already gathering and a criminal accusation is being made.
