I do not recommend in any form, the execrable experience, it does not respect the minimum requirements imposed by the legislation in force for the online trade and the return of the products in case there were DOA / delivery defects.
It delivers with its own staff (not by courier) and you do not have time to "open" the package upon delivery, because the deliverers are "in a hurry". After opening, you notice the surprise: damaged product, crooked, etc.
When you contact them, I propose the solution: you return, but it diminishes with the equivalent value of the "defect" on the premise that "you produced it".
Update to the ones below: It would be useful if those from ideall.ro would be as prompt in responding to the official support requests in this case, received by e-mail, as they are in responding to the reviews.
