I've had a good opinion of this store to this day. In short, my father needed a new refrigerator. I called the ideal, I chose a model, I asked if I order now, when will it be delivered? I gave the exact address for delivery and asked to be checked. I was answered in 2 maximum 3 days. Sure? SURE! Perfect, I ordered and paid online on Monday. No sign. On Thursday I called them, they said they would resonate with me. It did not happen. Today, Friday, after 5 days, I call them again. The car only leaves on Monday and they have nothing to do. Seriously? It's not a book, it's a refrigerator! They left the old man a week without an absolutely necessary good. Why didn't they tell me the truth from the beginning? I had the option to order from Emag, Flanco or any more serious and punctual store, even if maybe I paid 50 lei more! On Facebook, they deactivated the reviews section ... why?

Friday is already the 4th day and even then it didn't arrive! I called your warehouse earlier, as you only have your own delivery locally, you don't depend on couriers. I don't know how to give me an APPROXIMATE delivery time..You make fun of customers and I ask everyone who wants to buy.from this company.to consider the many reviews of a star received..I'm not for nothing!
