I have been an Ideall customer since 2010 and so far I have no objections. I bought everything from large appliances (fridge, hob, oven, hood) to small ones (hand vacuum cleaner, toaster, fryer) and every time everything was ok.
Furthermore:
- the call center responds quickly to requests
- The site is very friendly and easy to navigate
- diversified product range
- sufficient details are found for each product
- fast delivery.
