I issued order 439998 on 20.10.2017 and was told that it will be delivered in 5 days because they do not have a washing machine in stock. I called on the day of delivery and an angry lady confirmed the delivery of the order but without the dishwasher, this time, because it is a stock out of stock for that model. I also agreed with this "problem" because it was a large order but I did not understand why they did not initially tell me about the dishwasher (meanwhile the laundry machine arrived in stock). I waited for the delivery from 16-21 and no one came. I did not have AWB and no courier contact details. No one answered the phone because they have a program until 18:00. They called me over a month, on 10.11.2017, probably to ask me if the complete order can be delivered. I did not answer the phone, instead I received an email as my order was canceled because they did not give me.
In the meantime I had ordered from the Galaxy Media (with 150 lei more expensive for the total order) but all the products were delivered on the 2nd day.
I do not recommend to anyone this "company" Ideall, I was embarrassed by this happening and I did not tell anyone to stop laughing.
