I bought several home appliances from Ideall.ro. Everything ok. But with one of the products, a Samsung side-by-side, I had big problems. This manufacturing defect, the plastic inside has cracked. The manufacturer has replaced the same model with another device. After 6 months the same problem. The third appliance I took him Beko (very pleased with him). In all "fun" this Ideall.ro was a 10+ note. They made 3 roads out of Samsung's fault, and they did their job without comments. Thanks Ideall.ro! (Order 243364)
