I was a loyal customer, in the last 2 years I have made purchases of over 10,000 lei but the last order left me an extremely bitter taste ..... the order made on 18.11.2019, on the commercial company, with the invoice issued on 27.11. 2019 and product not printed until today 17.12.2019. From the call center I am told to call the courier company, but call them ideall.ro because it is not the client's job to give phone calls to other arrogant people like you. However, certainly as you treat your clients lately, you have serious problems. Shame on you !!
