I would not recommend this company in the slightes...
I would not recommend this company in the slightest and would avoid at all costs! I am very dissapointed with how inadequate thier service was, along with how poorly they deal with complaints. From the moment I landed, my holiday consisted of incessantly chasing Hoppa for pickup time details. There was no communication between myself and the transfer service or Hoppa. I was forced to continually initaite contact to find out the status of my transfer. Let's highlight why Hoppa are so unreliable...
I was not given any details as to where to meet my transfer once having landed. No contact in advance to my flight nor once I landed. I lost time running around the airport on the phone to Hoppa trying to locate my driver. Over 1 hour later, I had found the driver and was greeted in an aggressive manner due to his frustration of having to wait. A fantastic start to my holiday.
The day before flying home, once again no contact from Hoppa regarding a pick up time (it is thier responsibility to provide this information 24 hours ahead of your flight). My last day was very stressful attempting to find out what time the transfer would arrive. Having again initiated contact with Hoppa, I was informed, less that 10 hours before the flight, that they still did not have this information. Finally I was told 8 hours before my flight that the transfer would arrive at 6AM for a returning flight at 7:50AM. I was very displeased, as it is always advised to ARRIVE at the airport 2 hours prior to any flight. I requested that the transfer arrive at 5AM. I was given a straight no and told 5:45AM. I expressed that this was not enough time to ensure the process was smooth and took into account any unforeseen traffic. With a complete disregard for my concerns, I was forced to find alternative transport to ensure I reached the airport on time. I communicated to Hoppa that I was not comfortable with thier service and would be using another means of transport. Unsurprisingly, they did not inform the driver, who wasted time and ended up arriving at the hotel.
The whole experience was dreadful and I urge those who are looking to enjoy thier trip, to use another transport service. I have put in a formal complaint and thier response has been absolutely appalling with total disregard of the circumstances I raised. I plan on escalating this further until I have been given a refund as a result of thier neglectful service.
