We specifically booked with Hoppa to accommodate 1...

We specifically booked with Hoppa to accommodate 10 of us with 2 car seats for transfers from jfk. We were held up in jfk security and the local provider left without us, as Hoppa said that they didn t have my contact details (which was incorrect, as they called me on them 3 days later).

The dedicated resort help desk was in fact in South Africa, and the response I received from them was that we had to sort ourselves out. There was no resolution and after a long flight with 2 infants this isn t the help you want to receive from a help desk (at international call rates).

The service we paid for was not received, and as such I cannot and will not recommend them. They tried to put the blame at our door, and didn t offer any solutions. The only time they contacted me was to see if we wanted a return transfer 2 hours after they should have picked us up (on the number that they said they didn t have?!?!)
