Nice building, corona measures could see improvement
Ik heb een klacht over een tandheelkundige behandeling ingediend die nooit is behandeld. Wel heeft een bemiddelaar contact met mij opgenomen. Afgesproken werd dat een vermaning zou volgen en ik hiervan een afschrift zou ontvangen. Vreemd genoeg meldde de bemiddelaar dat hij ons gesprek ook -zonder mijn toestemming- had opgenomen.
Belachelijk dat 1 branche 4 vertegenwoordigende organisaties heeft. En erger is dat ze zo op verschillende golflengte van elkaar zitten dat ieder dagelijks iets anders roept zonder elkaars ondersteuning.
Gevolg tijdens iedere crisis weer: tandheelkundige branche wordt overgeslagen door overheid, omdat ze niet weten wat we willen. Media roept tegenstrijdige dingen en wij worden totaal niet begrepen door de samenleving.
