We ve visited Merryvale twice in the last few months and both times we had an amazing experience! The outside setting with the fountains make for a very tranquil relaxing tasting. We tasted quite a variety of different wines and we loved all of them. They are one of the few places in that area that really has almost all of the popular varietals covered! The desert wine really surprised us as we don t typically like sweet wines. Manny Lopez took care of us and he was amazing. He really made the experience for us and was one we won t soon forget. Top notch customer service and wines!

We visited this place yesterday and we LOVED IT! Manny was amazing: he knows his stuff, he is very friendly and treated us really well! We went to another winery before that and it was horrible... I definitely recommend this place not only for the good quality of wine they have, but also for the service you get!! I would totally go back!

Go here! You won't be disappointed. Justin and Manny made my husband and I feel at home and welcome during our tasting visit. Their Chardonnay and Cabernet were beyond delicious. If you like wineries with personal attention and employees who will hold conversations with you about the wine and life then this is the place to go.

Very friendly staff and lovely wines, a great way to start our next few days in Napa. Also provided some advice on the best oaces to eat in St Helena and some of the other wineries to go visit.

Always a nice experience. If you haven't been to the Napa Valley in 3-5 years, be prepared to pay. Tastings and pricey but in line with other wineries in the area. Great wines, knowledgeable staff. Took their time to explain the wines and very engaging.

My new favorite wine! Manny was fantastic and went far beyond the typical service you get at so many places. He gave a great presentation of the wines, had a lot of knowledge that he shared, and we could see that he has a lot of passion for wine and Merryvale. We love their wines.

Shelby was hands down one of the most knowledgeable people we've ever tasted wines from. And she explains everything in a fun, accessible way. No question threw her off - we even asked about local geography and she new about all the hidden lakes, the hiking trails, and what vines were along them. It was a lovely environment to drink at, the wines were great, and the Italian restaurant across the parking lot was AMAZING. (Get there during happy hour) Thanks for all the recommends, Shelby!

The service was amazing. We had the chance to taste so much different kind of delicious wines with different prices. 100% would recommend.

We had our wedding reception this past May 2019 in Merryvale Winery's incredible Cask Room. It is lined by old giant wine barrels, lit with candles everywhere including giant candleabras on the table, and they can setup a reception table fit for a king and queen. We felt like we were dining in our own castle it was so stunning. The staff were so easy to work with. Casey helped us with the details and it was so simple. They work with a caterer so you don't have to search for one and the service was flawless. The food was incredible especially the short ribs that melted in your mouth and the ravioli with delicious, light, fresh tomato sauce. When someone gave a speech Chantelle magically would immediately turn down the music we were having played through the speaker system...she anticipated every need and we felt cared for every moment. All our guests were blown away by the beauty, food, and delicious wines!

This place was recommended by a friend who s a Napa resident. I really enjoyed my tasting and love that it s dog friendly!

Nice atmosphere, wonderful staff. Child friendly. They had a little box of toys to keep our 4 year old entertained, which was really nice.

Friendly staff with a nice selection of wines in all price points. We loved the cask room! Some of those old barrels were from the 1930s and can hold more than 20,000 gallons! The ones lining the walls all held about 2,000 gallons.

We enjoyed a fantastic tasting today. Our wine host Chris was really attentive to us and our likes and dislikes and really enjoyable. The wines are just delicious at Merryvale. We'll be back for sure.

This place was great! The service was very good and the wine is worth it. It's $35 - $50 for tasting depending on what you want. Like i said, it's worth it though. Really chill place as well. Highly recommended!

Sad to hear that my friends were treated very poorly last evening. Service was great until one server rudely dismissed them as if he no longer wanted them in the establishment. You never know WHO you're services each day. Not Good

In addition to enjoying a beautiful tasteful experience my group was given a free tour of the facility by the assistant manager (AARON L.) & I learned a few things about wine vineyards and the basics of wine production

Visited Merryvale Vineyards in St. Helena, CA on July 26th with friends from Tucson. Shelby was our wine educator. She was fabulous. Fun, personable, knew her stuff.
We all know a little bit about wine but are still neophytes. So we asked a lot of questions and Shelby patiently answered them all. During the hour or so that we were there we had some laughs to go with tasting great wines and learning more about wine than we knew when we walked in. And we all purchased some. It was a really good experience and would recommend Shelby when you visit Merryvale.

This was one of the most amazing wine tasting experience I will remember for a lifetime!!
Initially the outside doesn't seem like much but once you enter the inside, let me tell you everything is perfect.
You can even taste wine in a large wine barrel but call in advance for reservations.
My friend and I went here a few weekends ago to celebrate our birthdays and Manny Lopez gave us the ultimate merryville experience!
He took us on the large barrel tour and allowed us to take pictures, as well as the quick tour of the back small barrels. He treated us like VIP and if we were napa natives would probably get a membership here. Manny was the epitome of customer service and deserves a raise! He is also an excellent photographer. We really appreciate the extra mile he went to give us a good first experience in napa. This was our first wine tasting stop and honestly all the other wine tastings paled in comparison.
All around good service, clean and beautiful environment and amazing service.

Fantastic service and hospitality. Manny showed us many great wines and was super excited to introduce us to each one. He gave us tips on other wines to try and even helped us out on where to get some food before our next tasting at another winery. Love their Merlot and if you are into dessert wines try their antigua!!!! thanks Manny!!!
