airport pick up we waited over hour to be took to are hotel even though say 45 mins max...but pick up from hotel great few pick up and driver both ways helpful. will use again.

We had a great experience with Hoppa, booked a return trip from Honolulu international to waikiki. The transfers were on time and loaded our luggage carefully. The drvier on the way to Waikiki gave us a map and also told us where to visit and what to do on our stay, our return driver was amazing, he was chatting with us and keeping us up to date on our journey time throughout. The value for money was incredible and during our stay I recommended them to another family who hadn't yet booked a transfer back to the airport.

we had a Hoppa airport transfer from our hotel in Alvor Portugul to Faro airport, our flight was delayed and as soon as we knew we called the emergency number on the form and informed them.

we followed all their instructions and as soon as we had our new flight details we called to let the taxi know when and where to collect us from.
they told us to call hoppa emergency number, this we did and they were so unhelpful and told us to go on line and book another transfer, we had already paid for the return journey.

even though we called and postponed the taxi they classed us as a no show and told us to pay again. they were unhelpful and when we called the emergency line they were disinterested.

we used a local taxi to take us to the airport as we could get no sense out of the local hoppa company, and they will not reimburse us and have been totally unhelpful, they just said take it up with your travel insurance.

we will never use them again, we would rather pay more for our transfers
and use someone reliable.

Have been using hoppa/resorthoppa for many years now and have never failed expectations. excellent service and always on time.

Used Hoppa on 2 occasions and both time the service was satisfactory. The transfer service is subsidized to the local companies, but they would ensure the local service is up to the highest standard. I would use Hoppa again.

Really helpful and friendly staff! Arrived early and told us to take our time, as we weren't expecting him yet. Really worth the money.

Got left at the airport in Lanzarote with no phone call from the company. Then on the way home the same thing, and now I have logged a complaint 4 times and heard nothing back. Shocking service, should be ashamed of themselves.

After reading lots of reviews online as how bad they are after I booked a return trip with Joppa I was worried. We had a flight to Dalaman then a transfer to Marmaris. We went straight to the desk where we were told and we was told to wait. 4 more couples turned up and then our driver appeared. We had booked the quicker transfer so the bus was small. We had a 15 min stop at a service station for a toilet break and snack. After about 1.5 hours we arrived at our hotel no issues no problems so a very good trip. On the return journey we received a text the day before we leave stating the time and pick up point. We waited outside 15 mins early as stated in text and 10 mins early the bus arrived. Again on the return journey we stopped off for a toilet break at a service station but 1.5 hours journey arrived at airport. I thought the service was very good and totally opposite what everyone has been saying. Very helpful and very nice people.

Easy straight forward booking. Drivers/greeters all on time. Drivers polite, helpful and friendly. Vehicles clean, comfortable and big enough for the task.
Would recommend this company without reservations.

I was worried that we woudn't have a coach waiting for us when we eventually got to fuerteventura airport. We arrived over 6 hours late, but needn't have worried. Coach was waiting for us and got us to our hotel very quickly. We also received a text message the day before we were due to fly back (and an email) to state time of collection. Definitely use this service again.

Waited over 1hr for transfers to resort and after lots of people were complaining we was put in a taxi so all well and good eventually, until are return journey which should of picked us up at 4.20pm, we was told to wait outside 15mins before this, only after numerous stressful phone calls stud out in blistering heat and promises it was on its way did our transfer finally arive at 5.50pm, 90minutes late and a mad rush to airport.never again .

I booked two transfers within 2 weeks of each other. The first was supposed to collect me at Lanzarote Airport but no one met me. I had to try and find out where I could get help and eventually a taxi driver told me Hoppa acted out of another terminal and I had to walk there to get my transport. Disgraceful service, I was frightened, alone and the telephone number supplied did not work.
The second transfer was 2 weeks later from Gran Canaria airport and I had booked a speedy shuttle with a maximum of 4 stops. In fact I was put on a huge coach which made THIRTEEN stops and took TWO hours and 15 minutes to get to my accommodation. DISGUSTING.
Furthermore, after a month I have had no response from Hoppa whatsoever except for an automated acknowledgement yet according to their Terms and Conditions I am entitled to a refund for their failure to provide the service I paid for.

Excellent service....at the airport ,transfer,pickup and return journey. What more do you need from a transfer?
