Absolutely awful company and would avoid at all costs. They don't check the flight numbers to confirm departure times so we arrived at Faro airport only to be told the bus was waiting at 7:10 when our flight number clearly stated that it was the departure time. The booking showed 7:10 but I emailed their customer services department and they confirmed that it was the flight time and not the pick up time. So we could either wait at Faro (8 of us) as they didn't have anything available for 2 hours or incur the costs of getting our owns taxis which we did. Mainly because we had to check in at the Villa. Two taxis cost us 100 euros.
To compound things and worried that we wouldn't get picked up for the return journey, I contacted them via their online chat. I specified that the villa was difficult to find so happy to send a map that we obtained from the owner but was told that the local driver knows where he is going and it's all OK for a 17:20 pickup. 17:45 and no bus, 15 minutes on hold to emergency number and no answer. Flight is at 19:50 so had to call on a local taxi again, rush to the airport, more costs of 70 euros and managed to make the boarding gate by 2 minutes.
Unneeded worry and not what you want to end a great weekend with friends. Complaint has been logged and I will be asking for original costs back for hire that didn't turn up, costs for taxis as I have receipts and then a gesture of good will for ruining the start and end of our holiday.
It may be a one off but it's left a very sour taste with me. Awful!
