Horrible customer service! I've been trying to get someone in Service & Parts to order a part and then bring my car in for almost a week, but can't get anyone to help; I've been passed around to multiple departments and then placed on hold for 30+ minutes. I've left messages for my service adviser, and still no call back. I've been a customer for over a decade and this is as worst as it gets.

I'm very pleased with my experience here. I went for a state inspection and oil change. They were ready to service my vehicle on schedule (online reservation), and completed the work in a shorter time than expected for a Saturday morning. Steve Farr always prompt and professional. Roberto Gutierrez is my Service Advisor, and I cannot day enough good things about him. He is the ultimate professional, always courteous, and so very knowledgeable. I bought a Honda Accord black when I was interested in buying a Brown one. The sales person I was working with - Moses lied to me saying it did not come in Kona Coffee Brown. I talked the the managers and of course since its been a couple months since I bought it there is nothing they can do with resale value loss of driving. The service center is awesome I cannot complain there, but I am very frustrated with the sales team!
After purchasing the vehicle. the service is non-existent. I purchased several protection plans, one of which ensured that I would be able to have dings repaired, but no one seems to have the answers as to how I can do this. I have called the dealer several times, just to be put on an endless loop of "let me transfer you" and when I get to the end, nobody can answer any of my questions, not even the managers. What is the point of me spending thousands of dollars for this if I can't even take advantage of it? How do you not know your own product that you sell? I feel as if I had been taken advantage of at the time of the purchase, and what I ended up with is a bunch of empty promises. I even went as far as to drive all the way from Manassas to Tysons to speak with them in person, and was still not able to get any answers. A dealership is supposed to take care of their customers, even after the sale is done. Honda of Tysons will give you a decent car buying experience; however, once they get your money, they could care less about you.
It was a great experience for me, i bought a Brand new 2017 Honda Accord with a good price.My Dealer Berrie and the team were very professional and had a great service.Berrie is a wonderful person and knowledgeable in answering my questions.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. The best thing was that after our humiliating experience at another Honda dealership nearby where we were categorically dismissed that we will not be able to get either a leasing option or a financing option on a G4 Visa "in the entire United States" without the salesman having any understanding what a G4 Visa is, the experience here was wonderful. Mr. Patrick Mc Donnell our Sales Consultant in Honda of Tysons Corner was extremely erudite and understanding and immediately gave us leasing and financing options. We were free to choose either of the above options.
It was another matter that we decided to pay upfront as the leasing option for two years, which we wanted, was a bit costly.

Mr. Patrick patiently responded to our queries even on day's when he was not working. He would respond to our queries promptly after coordinating with his office colleagues from home. Brought my car in for an oil change, inspection and to finish fixing a recall that only had a temporary fix when I brought it in the last time.
I was told it would take 2 maybe 3 hours. I had my infant with me. It took 4 hours and I can t help but to think that my car sat around for a while. When I called to check the status, they weren t able to give me a straight answer as to how long it would take.
I had asked if there was a common problem with car remote batteries since mine had just been changed and I was still getting a low battery warning. They took this as replace the battery $12.50 ea. They charged me for 2 batteries when I only brought 1 remote in with me and I did not ask to have the battery changed (I carry one in my purse just in case). I was just asking if other people seemed to have the same issue. When I brought this up to my service advisor, he did remove the charge.
Unfortunately, I can t help feeling like I am always being charged extra for something. I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of.
Amin and Mohamed were very client orineted and very professional. They made sure that I am fully satisfied and it was easy dealing with them. Such customer care, is highly appreciated.

Purchased 4 cars here. My husband and I always come here for our car service. We always have our cars serviced by Moe. He is very nice and attentive to his clients. He goes above and beyond to make sure your car gets the best treatment possible. Furthermore, the staff at this dealership are very attentive never had a bad experience.
Nageem of Honda of Tysons Corner made the process of purchasing our 2016 Honda Pilot EX w/Sensing so smooth. He had the exact model we happened to be looking for, we conveniently negotiated over email and phone, quickly coming to agreement on a purchase price. We came in the next day to test drive the vehicle and Nageem thoroughly explained all the features of the Pilot to us.
It was a real low pressure environment and when we came back the next day to purchase the Pilot, Nageem had all the paperwork ready for us, answering any questions we had. He made the entire process a pleasant experience. He also gave us a very fair price on our trade in. Working with Ardi in Finance was also a pleasant experience and was not high pressure at all. Ardi explained all the forms we were signing thoroughly and answered any questions we had.

Purchase date 6/4/19 was given a set of 30 day temp tags. Somewhere along the way my information wasn t 100% on my old bank loan and never received a call about that..I called in myself wondering when the dealership cuts the check with my bank (week before tags expire). It s now 7/5/19 and I haven t received any new tags or updated info on DMV about registering the new car.. constant run around when calling in and was told I will get a second set of temp tags tomorrow 7/6/19
This is the first time I bought a car stress free! My sales associate Mike Onyeador guided me through the entire buying process. The car was ready for pickup when I arrived. What I appreciated the most was the time he spent orientating me with the new features and the options that I purchased. My time at the finance department was also very smooth. No pressure to buy the maintenance packages which I really appreciated. My experience at this dealership was great, thanks to the great staff. The car is fantastic, love it!

We had a great experience with Derreck Folgar buying a new Honda Odyssey. He was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and was able to highlight the features we would be interested in. He was able to answer all of our questions and clearly knew the product inside and out. He was patient as we tried all of our car seats in the car to make sure it would meet our needs. I am giving the two stars instead of one because Honda of Tysons Corner offered me a service clinic. Indeed, the service advisor kindly initiated the clinic on site and called me to inform any recommendation for potential service. The reason I am not giving five stars is the advisor's change of attitude after I declined to take the recommended items. In particular, he left a voice message around noon to give me a list of recommended items for service and asked whether I like to go with recommendation or instead finalize the clinic. I left voice messages four times between 1PM and 5PM to ask finalizing the service clinic and to inquire when I can pick up my vehicle. I have not received any return call and had to wait until next day to check with another service advisor to check whether my vehicle is ready to pick up. Next morning, I visited the original service advisor to pick up my car. I could not find any kindness from his face or attitude that I observed yesterday. I am not sure how much he was disappointed when I refused to take any recommended item after service clinic but this change of attitude and non-responsiveness gives me an impression that I was not respected as a customer.
Our service guy, Steve was great. Their mechanics are extremely patient and were able to find the root cause of my wife's car. We will continue to patronize Honda of Tysons Corner.
I have a 2007 Honda Accord, I've dealt with 1 service manager Tim. This shop is very honest and reliable. If I don't need something done they would let you know instead of ripping you off like the others. I highly getting your Honda work on by this service Dept. Trust me when I say its worth the time and less $$ come out of your pocket
I bought my new 2020 honda hybrid at ourisman Honda and Haneen was my salesperson, now i understand why everyone is writing reviews for her because she s outstandingly helpful and shes amazing to deal with! She made everything easy and simple and gave me the best deal. She has great knowledge about the vehicle and made my experience great! We went to the Used car lot, I went in to see a Honda Odyssey and they were supposed to bring a Volvo SUV from their sister dealership but didn't bother to even though I had requested it via telephone and confirmed. Was disappointed, the car I went to see was not how it was pictured, they failed to show all the scuffs and damage to the car. While I was there, the sales person basically stalked us the entire time and was practically in a yelling argument with my dad who had joined us in our search. I should have left at that moment but decided to look at one more car that I had not done my research on. I ended up buying it and it has been a bad decision since. I felt the car was overpriced by at least $1000 and had asked them to reduce it, they gave me their sales pitch about TruePrice which is really a bunch of bull. That they don't operate like a normal car dealership and wanted to be more like carmax. I purchased it 3 months ago for $16k and I have tried to trade it in since it really isn't the right car for me, when I took it to carmax they gave me a trade in value of $10k. When I looked it up I had over paid by $3k despite their "True Price." I will never purchase another car from here, they really have terrible sales service and the loans are high interest.
I always have a good experience working with Moe Azim! He is efficient, kind, professional, and the best mechanic I have ever worked with. He is the only one I prefer to work with!
After looking online for a few weeks and speaking to several people, I came to the Tyson's Corner Honda and worked with Janet Lopez to choose between the civic and the accord. She is excellent- friendly without being over familiar, and knowledgeable without being pushy- which I know is a difficult balance to maintain in a sales-based job. She was attentive and helpful, and even stayed late so that I could bring my car home that night. Leah Kim stayed late as well and was also very helpful, she does a good job explaining the purpose of the various documents you need to sign without losing you in finance/contract verbiage. All in all everyone we interacted with during our time at Tyson's honda was professional, pleasant, and helpful. For a first time car buyer, that made the process significantly less stressful.

Over a period of weeks, I began to experience an issue with my 2013 Honda not starting. It was random and unpredictable. I contacted Honda of Tysons service center and had the pleasure of speaking with Troy. Troy was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. I dropped my car off and they were able to trouble shoot and identify the problem. My car is still within the 3 year, 36,000-mile warranty and Honda of Tysons honored the warranty, without issue or pushback. The experience of working with Honda of Tyson's was surprising, unexpected and great. I am happy to say I have found a place to have my car serviced in the future.
In my plan to buy a new car I had two cars in my mind, 2017 Honda Accord, and 2016 Toyota Avalon from Koons Toyota (Tysons Corner). I have to be honest that Toyota Avalon was more comfortable but less features. Customer service for me is very important. The attitude in Koons Toyota was "it is what is" with a terrible customer service. Unlike Koons, people in Honda were very helpful and honest. There was no pressure at all. In addition since I have experience with their repair shop, they are the best. I enjoy driving my new Honda Accord. Thank you Honda of Tysons Corner for your great customer service.
I just had our 10000 miles checkup, everything was done in an hour and a half. I love using their coupons, they're great for saving some money on routine check ups. Their wait room is nice as well :) I was there with my 2 weeks old baby and it was every comfy.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my first new car at Honda of Tysons Corner. As everyone knows, purchasing a car is a huge investment and a big decision to make, but Fred and Tim at Honda were very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process and I'm really happy I chose this particular dealership!

I bought my car 4 years ago and recently paid of in full (1 year earlier than planned). I was informed by Honda headquarters that I get a refund on my GAP insurance and need to contact this dealer ship. I left voice mails and massage for 1 MONTH to get in contact with the finance department without any success, nobody was ever available or able to call back. Then I called Honda headquarter to get help. They were told the same (leave a message) but they insisted that somebody talks to me. Finally I was able to speak to somebody. They confirmed the refund and they will email me the form. I just need to sign and mail back. This was a month ago and to the day, I have not received any email. I again called and emailed for weeks now and again nobody gets in touch with me. This is going on since December 2013 and I'm extremely frustrated.
DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE, all they want is selling a car, but once this is done, nobody cares!!!
Ask for Carl. He kept us in the loop every step of the way from when we ordered the replacement parts to when it came in. He even reattached the front bumper so we can drive it while we waited for the parts to come in. Save us from a rental car. Called us as soon as the parts come in and had our car fixed up when promised. Very professional work. Thanks Carl!

I have been to Honda for Tysons Corner a few times now for Oil Change and servicing. I like the Service there. They are very helpful. Keep you updated on the service and the whole process from check-in to checkout is very smooth. Steven Farr from Blue Team has been very helpful. He is not only mindful of your time, but will also give you good advice when it comes to repairs and services. Absolutely, a good place to get your Honda serviced.
As many suggested, Hannen Salam is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to get you everything that she can. However, she is bound by her fraudulent manager (Abdul). We were given a decent quote by Hannen and Abdul. We agreed on the numbers and decided to do business, filled out paperwork and the credit application form. Abdul came back to tell us that he can't honor the quote that he just gave us!! BTW, Haneen seemed unhappy after hearing that from Abdul. We walked away and did business with the other dealership who gave us a better deal!! Again, Haneen was very welcoming and friendly. Her manager was not honest.
I am in the market for a new Honda after having owned one for 15 years, and decided to give this dealership a try. Very bad experience. The saleswoman I interacted with was rude, aggressive, and condescending. When I asked a simple and specific question about the reliability of the CVT transmission (based on research i had done), she was evasive and refused to answer my question. HUGE red flag. This place is shady. I'm going elsewhere.
I visited every Honda dealer in the NoVa area and was given the run-around by all of them. All dealers (except Tysons) claimed they could exchange for any color of car I wanted (they won't, they just want you in the door). And they all added on $595 to $1695 in accessories that were non-negotiable - including an accessory that could NOT be installed on the trim I was purchasing.
Honda of Tyson's Corner never gave me a run-around. They sell all of their vehicles "naked", so you can add the accessories you want. Both Mo and Danelle made the entire process as fast and painless as possible. We'll definitely be going back when we're ready for an upgrade!!
Azim was great with his customer service. He was able to get me in and out of the dealership as quick as possible and he was very valuable and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. I would be happy to work with him again.

I contacted Ourisman on a Tuesday morning to schedule a test drive for a specific car and was able to set something up for 4:30-5pm with Steve, who told me:
- the stock number I gave him was available - he would have it gassed up and ready at 4:30 - he would call me if anything changed
I left work around 4pm and after sitting in rush hour traffic for an hour, I got a call from Steve to make sure I was still coming. I confirmed, gave him my status and showed up at the dealership at 5pm.
Steve wasn't available, but I spoke with another salesperson who told me that the vehicle I wanted sold the night before.
I spoke to a sales manager who had no explanation, but was very happy to try to show me as many other vehicles as possible.
To me, this means one of the following:
- they communicate and manage inventory poorly - they're intentionally deceptive
Either one is a terrible way to do business.
I would sooner pay more money for a lesser vehicle at a dealership I feel I can trust than to bring my business to this branch. If you're thinking of purchasing a vehicle here, make sure the vehicle is physically present and verify as much as possible through the process.
Terrible service. When I arrived anybody pickup your car, I have to go and ask. The personal no service customer. Only go and wait. They told me 1 hr 30 Min... when I wait 2 hr The answer when I ask was, We take the time that we need... I really had hurry... then I had to leave the place by uber... and come back later. When I come back continue the same situation. Any apologize, any customer service... only pay!!
The Sales MANAGER New and used TONY very unprofessional and lied about car condition. After we brought car within 2 hours car engine sign came. Used to this dealer was good people. The current people in this dealer is suck, they will rob you, insult you.
My wife and I recently leased a vehicle from Honda at Tyson's and the experience was great. Our sales associate (Jay) was awesome and we not once felt that "used car salesman" pushiness like at so many other dealers. We went with the CR-V and it is a fantastic vehicle so far and we aren't expecting anything less from our experiences with Hondas
They were beyond helpful. If I had a concern they did everything they could to allieviate it. They even put the car up on a lift to give me an opportunity to look underneath it.
I had an 8:30 am appointment for basic service and my car was not ready until 4:30 pm. I called several times to check on the status and no one ever returned my phone call. This has been a common problem for me in the past.
I haven't bought a car from this dealer,but I was looking at a used car they had in stock. Forget it! So many customers have had so much paper work problems, it leads me to believe Ourisman Honda is having extreme financial problems. I would not want to be in the middle of getting paper work straightened out and they go out of business! GOOD LUCK getting your paper work straight then!!!
I recently bought a new car with Haneen Salman and she was wonderful. She provided great customer service. She did her best to keep us entertained while we waited and made sure we did not have to sit there and wait longer than we had to.
She knew what I wanted and had the car ready to go before I even got there. Haneen needs to be promoted.
The service here is phenomenal! We came in shopping for an exact model - the Honda HR-V EX trim - and our salesman Adam stepped up right away to help us. He let us test drive two cars and was overall very patient. He was also very personable! We ended up buying a 2018 Honda HR-V EX, priced wonderfully compared to other dealerships. The entire process with Honda of Tysons Corner went by smoothly and we experienced nothing but the best service and attention. Upon pick up, the car was spotless and ready to go with tags. Adam wasn't there when we arrived to pick up at 7pm on a Thursday night, but he left a very detailed note for another salesman named Fred - who was just as amazing. It felt great to feel truly cared for! I definitely recommend dropping by Honda of Tysons Corner if you're looking for a car.
Honda of Tysons Corner is situated conveniently at Tysons, which made it easy for me to approach. I was attended by Mr. Derreck Folgar, and he was very patient- I purchased a Honda Civic EXL 2015. The store staff is extremely courteous and professional. This place offers competitive pricing, has a great location, good service. Its worth a visit in my opinion. I hope to receive the same treatment while I visit the showroom for maintenance and repairs.
Today I've been to this dealer location to get my state inspection and emissions. Earlier in the morning today I left my gold ring in the Coffee cup holder that's right next to the gear. The State inspection sticker that was changed by some guy was right opposite to where my ring was located in the cup holder.
After the honda guys gave the car back to me, I was shocked to discover that my gold ring was missing,even before I left the place. I called the police and they spoke with the service manager B Giles and they were not able to help.
I was a loyal customer to this honda dealer until today and am NOT going again. If these guys can't safeguard the customer's items, then the customers should stop going.
I just checked my car over and over again but my gold ring was missing.I'm pretty sure some one picked it up before my car was given back to me. As i was told "they are not responsible for the customers items" but that should not mean, some one can steal the customers items. I'm NOT going here again.
