Over a period of weeks, I began to experience an issue with my 2013 Honda not starting. It was random and unpredictable. I contacted Honda of Tysons service center and had the pleasure of speaking with Troy. Troy was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. I dropped my car off and they were able to trouble shoot and identify the problem. My car is still within the 3 year, 36,000-mile warranty and Honda of Tysons honored the warranty, without issue or pushback. The experience of working with Honda of Tyson's was surprising, unexpected and great. I am happy to say I have found a place to have my car serviced in the future.
