As many suggested, Hannen Salam is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to get you everything that she can. However, she is bound by her fraudulent manager (Abdul). We were given a decent quote by Hannen and Abdul. We agreed on the numbers and decided to do business, filled out paperwork and the credit application form. Abdul came back to tell us that he can't honor the quote that he just gave us!!
BTW, Haneen seemed unhappy after hearing that from Abdul.
We walked away and did business with the other dealership who gave us a better deal!!
Again, Haneen was very welcoming and friendly. Her manager was not honest.
