I bought a 2017 Accord Sport here with a very good deal. I dealt with Jose, and he was great. He was friendly, thorough, and most importantly, not pushy. He took his time to explain everything about the car and the details of the paper work. He made the experience really enjoyable. I would purchase my next Honda here again, and I'd recommend everyone to do the same.

I had an excellent service experience performed by Jeremy Hand on Nov. 4 2016 at Honda Tysons Corner. For the first time I met Jeremy and I plan to service my new Honda CRV in the future by him. Jeremy is an excellent professional and very friendly too.
I bought a vehicle from here....wouldn't do it again. They pulled back one of my discounts at the very end. The dealership needs updating, unless you are interested in picking up accessories for your 2010 civic, cuz the display is still there. Pay more for your vehicle somewhere else.
My parked car was hit-and-run by an uninsured driver. What a nightmare! Alex Jones at Auto Body of Tysons (Honda of Tysons) took over from there. Alex worked very well with my Insurance carrier and even the rental car company that I used while my car was being repaired. Alex kept me informed regularly as needed and was very professional, prompt and courteous throughout the process. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of repair work. When I picked up my car, you would never know the substantial damage that occurred in the accident. Alex took every step and made every effort possible to make the entire process as pain free as possible. GREAT WORK AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Thank you Honda of Tysons Corner! First experience of purchasing a brand new vehicle on my own and they made it so easy. Nice sales team, no pressure atmosphere, and beautiful cars. Khalid and Najeem were excellent. Happy customer here!
Great experience purchasing an Odyssey EXL from Honda Tysons Corner. Staff were much more knowledgeable about the various Odyssey models and options than staff at Toyota and Chrysler dealerships had been about their Siennas and Pacificas. We were also pleased with the selection of outgoing 2016 vehicles available. We got precisely the car we wanted, with no haggling, straightforward and excellent financing, and no attempts by sales people to up-sell us along the way.
I had a great experience with Honda of Tysons Corner. Mohammed (Sales Associate), Hugo (Sales Manager) and Ardian (Financial) did an amazing job on helping me to get my new car. No pressure like at all the other dealerships in the area. Really quick and easy process with no stress accociated with it. Thank you guys.
I don't like this dealership's service department because I feel they are not honest and do not treat my vehicle very carefully. The people in the service department appear to be nice and friendly. However, you can easily get ripped off if not paying attention to what service your car actually needs and if it does need the service how much a fair price should be. In this review, I report what happened to me a few days ago at the service department of Honda of Tyson Corner.
In an early morning a few days ago, I took my car to this dealership to fix a Honda recalled item. The car was serviced by the Green Team. In the afternoon, I got a phone call from the service manager of the Green Team telling me that after a 48-point inspection, there are many serious problems with my car and he will list all the recommended service items on the receipt. After a couple of hours, I went to the dealership to pick up my car and got the list of items recommended for repair on the receipt. The service manager told me that if I decide to fix these items, he can give me 20% discount. I went back home and did some research and felt that I was not treated honestly by the dealership. Here is why.
1. The estimated costs on the receipt for the recommended items are very high. I understand dealerships usually charge more than what an independent mechanic/auto shop does. However, what upsets me is that the estimated costs on my receipt are practically at least 20% higher than the list prices of these services on website of the same dealership. The service manager pretended to offer me a discount trying to get my business and at the same time raising the estimated cost. I don't believe this is an honest business practice. 2. I am really not sure how trustworthy the 48-inspection result is. I was told that my engine air filter needs replacement. The current engine air filter is about 10 months old. I opened the case hosting the engine air filter this morning. It took me some effort to loosen the screws tightening the case cover. It absolutely does not look like the case was just opened a few days ago. I can see the screws were still somewhat attached to the base when I loosened them. Furthermore, I checked the engine air filter and it looks pretty clean to me. I seriously doubt whether my engine air filter was actually inspected or not by the service team. If not, how did they know it is dirty and needs replacement? For this reason, I also doubt if the other recommended services are actually needed or not. I plan to take my car to another independent auto shop for inspection. 3. When I opened up the hood of my car, I found the engine cover loose. One of the two screws at the bottom attaching the cover to the engine was not tightened. This is not a safety issue or anything like that. But to me as a customer I feel that the service team was not careful when working on my car and they were not willing to spend another 10 seconds to properly put back and secure my engine cover.
This was my first time and also will be my last time at the dealership for car services. I will also let my friends know about my experience at this dealership. This is why I put this review together. Thank you for reading.
I liked the service of Honda of Tyson's Corner's Service Department. Even though I checked some unnecessary servicing packages which would cost me more money, somebody from service department called me and advised that I don't need those servicing right now. I greatly appreciate the loyalty of the people of this place.
I've been a customer here for many years and I enjoy my experience each and every time. First of I simply trust them with my car, as I know it will get best care possible. From my advisor Brian to maintenance team, the shuttle service, cleanliness of my car when it's done to speedy check out, the whole process is just pleasant. Everyone in this dealership is very professional and friendly. Hands down best place to service your car! Thank you, Honda of Tysons Corner!
Had a 10:00am appointment to replace a recalled airbag. The recall notice says it should take an hour. It took them over 2 hours. This is with an appointment. I hate to show up without an appointment. I will not be coming back.
I had a really great experience with Honda of Tysons. Our salesperson Haneen was amazing. She helped us a lot while we were trying to decide which model to buy. Make sure to ask for her if you come here looking for a car.
Drove from 2 and half hours away late in the evening the night before Thanksgiving. They not only stayed open after closing waiting on me but had all my papers ready to process and the car filled, cleaned, and ready to go. I basically purchased this car over the phone and everything was ready to go when I got there! Stefani (my saleswomen) was awesome and I couldn't have asked for better assistance. I'll definitely be referring anyone I know here and be returning myself. Great prices and great customer service!
I appreciate the quick service at this dealership. Service hours are flexible and the service staff are courteous and efficient. They have a very nice and clean waiting lounge with coffee and internet to make waiting quite pleasant. There is also a very nice small deli on the premises. They also run a convenient shuttle service. I highly recommend this dealership for service
I take my Honda regularly to Honda of Tyson. Service is of high quality, provided by knowledgeable and courteous personal, from the time your car is received, writing of order, explanation of what need to be done, cost of services, completion of services, washing and handover of car.
I had Toni Romo as my service manager and the management has provided him on all my service visits. He is extremely knowledgeable and like other employees very courteous and thorough in the services company provides.
Further one important thing to mention is that their charges are very reasonable.
Pros, very easy to find Very professional with the protocols they use
Cons Extra cost items were slipped in without explanation or warning Very expensive Horrible washing, it took me more time cleaning their mess than cleaning it myself,
Horrible installation of the nose mask I could easily do that myself with much better quality, I did it at the end actually! Company seems Interested only in a good review and not in the actual quality of the service Horrible cleaning service!! Employers handling appointments are too busy to properly take care of the customers
Great kudos to sales professional, Dul Ganchimeg, making my recent purchase a easiest car buying experience ever! He has provided excellent customer support with very honest and transparent attitude all the way. Willing to accomodate all of my needs and making sure that I'm fully satisfied even after the sales. I would highly recommend to anyone, appreciate all your help and time, Dul!!!!
Avoid this dealership at all costs. I bought a car there and very much regret it. To a void a long story, let me give you just one example of problems I've had with this dealership: I Purchased the car in June. It's now October and they still haven't managed to get my car registered and deliver my license plate. They have to send temporary tags, but are so slow at turning these around that I end up with expired tags. I'm now trying to get my 4th set of temporary tags from them. Every step of this transaction has been frustrating. Bottom line: there are many other Honda dealerships in the area. Take your business elsewhere.
I've used Honda of Tysons a few times over the last few years with generally good service and wait times. The amenities are decent and I'm generally out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I go directly to the dealer for service on my vehicle, instead of a third-party mechanic, because their technicians and mechanics are generally more knowledgeable about Honda so I feel that the premium is worth it.
Unfortunately, after the abysmal experience I had today, I'm not sure if I'm ever going to return. I made an appointment online, days in advance, to come in at 11 AM for a B-service (pretty standard stuff including a tire rotation, filter change, etc. for a 2015 vehicle that's barely over 32k miles). It's pretty much all downhill from there. I arrive a tad before 11 AM and check in with my service person, Wilson. It takes four hours for them to begin servicing my vehicle (Wilson came into the waiting area at around 3 PM to apologize and say "Don't hate me, but we haven't gotten around to you yet. Your vehicle's next in line, sorry we're a bit backed up today"). I get that, sometimes things are super busy and it's backed up. I tell him it's okay and he thanks me for my patience.
About an hour later, at 4 PM, he comes back to share the results of the multi-point inspection. I'm going to need some work done including replacing two tires, alignment, fuel induction, etc. I authorize the work and he says they'll get right to it. Two hours later, around 6 PM, Wilson comes and finds me and says "we're finally done, we appreciate your patience. Not really sure what's going on with the service today but it's been slow." He offers me a 10% discount on my overall experience due to the wait, which I appreciate. He gets me my paperwork, we complete the billing process, and he assures me that my vehicle is finishing up in the car wash and should be out any minute. He says I can go back to the waiting area, since it's hot in the garage, and they'll come find me when my vehicle is ready.
I proceed to sit in the waiting room for another HOUR. About half an hour after my service person told me my car would be ready, another service person, who I hadn't seen before, came in and asked me if I was still waiting. I relayed that I'd been told my car was finishing up inside the wash but that it'd been awhile since then and no one had come to find me or return my key yet. He takes down my information and says "sorry, I'll see if I can go find out what's going on for you." He leaves and I never see him again.
At around 7 PM, I notice that my car is parked within eyesight outside of the window of the waiting room. Still, no one has come to find me or return my key. At this point, it's been eight hours since I've first arrived. I've seen countless other patrons come, receive their service, and then depart. I am the last person left in the waiting area. I go back out into the garage to find that it's mostly deserted. There are 2-3 service folks still around. I ask a nice lady for help and she goes and finds my keys. She returns them and says "we'll just need to get your paperwork printed out really quickly and then you should be all set." I go back to the waiting room for another 10 minutes. She comes in and says "you should be all set, sorry about the wait." I'm finally able to leave, thank God.
All in all, I spent over eight hours at the dealership to receive some fairly basic service. I ended up having to take the full day off of work and I had to go find someone myself to get my key back so I could leave. I do appreciate that they offered me 10% off of my bill, but not sure if it was worth getting jerked around for 8 hours and feeling like I got passed over for most of the day.
I can say that this is the only time that this has happened and I've used Honda of Tysons 3-4 times for service over the past few years; however, this one horrible experience has left enough of a bad taste in my mouth to where I'm hesitant to ever return.
*UPDATE* I tried reaching out after the response below but they've never responded to me.
I had a great experience here. I worked with Chernor Barrie. He was very patient with me, helped me through every step since it was my first time buying and financing a car. He was honest and transparent with me through every step and made sure I was comfortable about everything. My car was delivered to me in great condition and he was kind enough to help transfer my stuff from my old car. I would definitely recommend working with him, he takes great care of his customers. Plus the dealership has a great environment with friendly staff. It was a great experience overall. PS. Their hot coco is pretty good! :)
I was ready for a change and started looking at the Honda Accord online. We did our research on the model and features that I wanted and when we went into Honda of Tyson's Corner, Moses and Azmi were as upfront and direct as they were on the phone. They didn't add on any other features or cost into the package than what we wanted. Moses was patient as I test drove the car and tried to decided between the black, beige or gray interior. They were fair with our trade in and didn't pressure us when we decided to leave to think about it some more. Two days later we came back and closed the sale. I am very happy with my purchase! Their customer service is excellent and this is the dealership that will change the way customers feel about buying a car.
Rough start, GREAT finish! I recently had my B16 service on my 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E at Honda of Tysons and I will definitely be going back to see Mike! I did a TON of research on what the B16 service was and who would be the most trustworthy and reputable service option. I researched independent garages in addition to every Honda Dealer in the area. One of the reasons I did all of this research is because my purchase experience was HORRENDOUS (I bought my truck from another Honda Dealer in the area that I will not name, but I did not purchase my truck from Honda of Tysons Corner). However, Honda of Tysons Service Dept is the opposite of my purchase experience. They answer the phone quickly, get you scheduled quickly, have lots of availability, greet you promptly and courteously upon arrival, are transparent in their offerings (they will try to up-sell you, but at least they are honest, disclose it and own it) and quick to finish the work. They also have a great waiting area with a really solid cafe in it. So convenient! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
Hi I just want to share my experience with Honda of Tyson Corner. Tamim is a very interesting and helpful guy. I loved the way he treat his customers . i will personally give him 5***** . Told him I have to leave at a certain time and he did everything for me in a timely matter. Got my paper work accurate and made my experience and I was allow to leave the dealer with a new car 2016 Honda Civic Lx on time . I appreciate his service and offcourse Honda of Tyson Corner
I was recently in a car accident and my car was declared a total loss. I found exactly what I was looking for at Ourisman Honda Tyson's Corner. I knew exactly how much I would be able to spend, and the staff there worked with me almost immediately to come to a price that I could manage. When I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed and everything was ready to go in terms of the test drive, the paperwork, etc. I was not pressured into anything that I didn't want or need, nor was I rushed through signing any paperwork until I read through it and felt comfortable with what I was signing. All of my questions were answered. The process was quickly completed, and I was in and out of the door with my new vehicle within a couple of hours. I was treated with such kindness, respect, and attention from every employee that spoke with me. Thank you for a fantastic car buying experience!
Wonderful. I always appreciate how the service team leader sits down with me to explain and discuss what needs to be done. They are never pushy and allow me to pick and choose what needs doing and what can wait.
The staff here at Honda of Tyson's Corner is very nice and helpful. My husband and I came in looking to lease a CR-V, and they helped us find exactly what we needed. They worked with us to get an interest rate that was doable for us, and they also compared their prices to other nearby dealerships that were selling CR-Vs. The staff was also very quick and efficient. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this Honda dealership and would recommend it to others.
I recommend and push people who reads this message to take their car for maintenance or for any type of services to Honda of Tysons Corner. They really devote their time to fix the problem and to service your car properly to your satisfaction.
I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Everyone was very nice and helpful! They made buying a car a lot less stressful. Tamim along with finance department were extremely helpful, but not aggressive at all. Everything was explained and there was complete transparency.
Although I didn't buy my car at Tysons, I felt I was incredibly well treated by the people in the sales department. At the time, they simply didn't have the car I wanted. This is why I took my new Civic to them twice. But I found the service department far less responsive. I called them last weekend to ask about the windshield wipers that they said needed replacement (at under 15K miles), which I did approve. They have never worked correctly since. Admittedly, I didn't call them immediately, but frankly, I don't believe they replaced them or, if they did, they replaced them incorrectly. I called them over a week ago and was promised and email or call first thing Monday morning from the service representative. Since I never heard (it has now been over a week), I will follow through with my promise that I will not be visiting their service department again. Clearly, they do not care about my continued business.
Just bought a car from Julian Rivers. Great salesman. Didn t try to take all of my money like the stereotypes suggest. Was very helpful throughout and very down to earth. Will be buying from him again.
The most excellent of service from our service consultant, Tim. Thank you, Tim, for making our visit as quick as possible given the toddler I was toting, and for going the extra mile to fix what was broken with our vehicle.
Ourisman Honda delivered the best experience I've had so far with any dealership. They exemplify customer service and deliver exceptional results. The most surprising aspect from my experience was the lack of pushy salespeople which was certainly welcomed. Salman was the most courteous salesman I have had the pleasure of doing business with.
This was my first time shopping at Honda of Tyson's Corner, and it went so well I will be doing my car shopping with them in the future. Car buying is usually a rough experience - pushy sales people, going from dealership to dealership for the best deal... But the team at Honda of Tyson's Corner really went out of their way to make it a great day for me. No pushiness, just friendly assistance and determination to help me find the best car and get the best deal. They listened to what I said, and then found what I wanted. At every stage they made it plain that to them, the customer was the prime player. From the shuttle driver who picked me up at work to the service bay manager who told me to just 'ask for the green team', everyone was determined to see that I not only bought a car, but had a great time doing so. I'll be using them for servicing on my new CR-V, and I'll go to them for the next car my family gets.
Took forever to get the plate!! They messed up my finiance docs. No one answer call from finiance, have to go there to talk to them. I purchased the car two months ago. Already been there more than 10 times.
So far, I've been there once... I took my sedan Honda Accord there for a safety recall repair. Their service was good and quick. Steven Farr from Blue Team was in charge ... he not only took care of the safety inspection, but also assigned another customer service from Parts department to get my car a door garnish. I paid for the part, and installation was free. I give Mr. Farr 5 stars for his excellent service.
Went there again couple of days ago (on 11/02/2018 to be precise) to change engine oil and do tire alignment. Steven did a great job again. I have been happy with his/their service so far. I highly recommend this place.
I've had my Honda serviced at Honda of Tysons for 7+ years. My service representative, Steve Farr, has been excellent to work. I've never had an issue with the any of the services provided.
I live/work kind of far from this location (Springfield, VA). However, what really made me choose this location is (1) I bought my car from here and (2) they have availability after 5pm! It was kind of drag getting there cause of the traffic but when I got there, the employees were very considerate. Steve Farr, who helped me asked me if I was in a rush, which I kind of was. I came in at 530pm and had dinner plans at 645pm. They finished a little over 620pm and since they're extremely considerate, it was a complimentary oil change and they even washed my car! They are definitely going to be my service dealer for sure. Thanks!
I bought a Civic from HTC a few years ago. The sales department staff are consummate professionals and helped me with every detail of the purchase. I also take my car to HTC for service and the service department is excellent. I have recommended them to friends looking to buy Hondas.
Honda of Tysons Corner was able to repair my power steering under warranty on my 2013 Accord. They were straightforward in explaining the problem to me and quickly finished the repair under the factory warranty. Great experience!
I took my van for an oil change and was very pleased with my experience. The car was ready before the estimated time which was awesome because I had my two year old with me. We were very comfortable waiting and he enjoyed playing in the kids area. Thank you!
I cannot begin to express how amazing my experience with this dealership is. This is our third leased Odyssey. The customer service that Mohamed Ameyar gave my family was top notch. I had to come in to do the final lease myself and he did not only make me feel comfortable but made sure that I was kept updated with the whole process. He took his time to explain all the new features and changes that the 2014 Odyssey Touring had. Mohamed had excellent knowledge in every detail about the car. He also helped me through the process of changing my tags and calling my insurance to make all the changes that same day. I know that we will definitely continue leasing from this dealership and getting Mohamed to do business with. I also want to mention Mary Gerrety who was very helpful at the beginning of our research process and Amine Kadmiri who made the final financial paperwork process and smooth one.
Jeremy was very nice and professional was didn't seem like the typical pushy sales technician trying to get met to get things fixed on my car and spend hundreds of dollars right away. Instead he told me there were recommendations and just for that and allowing me to do additional research on what needed to be done, I am going back to get some of the recommended maintenance done to my car. Thank you Jeremy!
Derreck Folgar did a great job. Was pretty low pressure, and highly knowledgeable regarding the car I was looking at (manual transmission Accord). They aren't the most common car, but he knew I was interested and let me know once they had one in stock. Overall, a quite pleasurable experience and good price.
The best experience I have had at a Honda Service Center. I was surprised by all of the services they offer while you wait for your car. Coffee, TV and WiFi is pretty standard, but they also had a cell phone charging station, a play area More
Quick, efficient, and friendly service. I told them I was in a hurry and the technician made a special effort to get my car ready quickly. I will definitely be back the next time I need something done.
Great experience. Tim, the team who handled my request, was very thorough, very responsive to my questions and the overall job was done in a timely manner. I have been a Honda owner since 2010 and they always do a phenomenal job.
This was the best car buying experience that we've had! Sanjeev was very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. We bought a 2016 Honda Pilot with a price that couldn't be beat anywhere else in the area(and we looked all over..). Thanks Honda of Tysons Corner!
This is where I come to service my cars every time. Very happy with my experience. They have a nice and cozy waiting room with internet, coffee, TV and a kitchen. Most of the time, they get you out before the estimated wait time. They have always given me a free car-wash, which is nice. The service advisor and technicians seem very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Went here with my family to get my cousin her first car and I must say, Vanny and the whole Ourisman team is AWESOME! Vanny was so patient and informative. She made the experience of buying a car as easy as possible. We told them the price range that we want and how much we want our payments to be. And when I say they can make it happen, they made it happen! I would highly recommend seeing Vanny if you re looking for a new car!
This was my first experience with Honda of Tysons Corner. My 2004 Accord had a recall on the air bags. Fairly easy to set up the appointment online. Also, they have a shuttle service, which, though I did not need it, is good if you need to drop off during your work hours. However...big turnoff when they called to let me know my car was ready. I understand they are a business and want to make money, but my Service Advisor started listing off a litany of items they "recommended" be done. I felt like I was at Jiffy Lube listening to their sales pitch...Transmission fluid, steering fluid, water pump, belt package, etc., etc. When I questioned whether they checked these things to see if I really needed it, he responded with, "Well, we don't have your service history, so these are things we recommend you do." Ok...so you didn't even look at my car to see if these items were actually needed...just read them off to lure me in. I have no issues if you want to converse with me about routine maintenance, but it did not come off this way at all...instead it was a classic push, push, push and see what you can get the customer to agree to. Don't like this tactic AT ALL.
We had done our research and had been to several dealers before we settled on Ourisman Honda Tyson s. We we re looking for a used car but decided on a new car. Our salesman, Tamin Akbari was more than professional and provided honest answers to all of our questions. At no time where we made to feel rushed or unimportant. We didn t experience the pushiness and unprofessionalism we had experienced at previous dealers and we will consider doing business with this dealership again in the future.
I've had service done for my car with Brian Giles for the past 3 years. The estimated wait time has always been accurate, and service that he provided is outstanding! Keep up the amazing job!
UPDATE: I will NEVER come back here again for any service. Seems like some businesses are only as good as the fantastic people they have. I will not be back here. I came in for a routine oil change today, I bought my car here and I have been coming here for two years. I have never had a bad experience everytime, I'm realizing why..I lucked out and had a GREAT service consultant Roberto G., who I found out today sadly is no longer with Honda.
Today, I walked in and observed at least 4 service consultants look at me and look away. No one acknowledged myself or my car for like 15 minutes. A consultant even looked me in the eye and walked right pass me. I get that one maybe busy (mind you one was scrolling through his cellphone doing nothing) but come on not even "I'll be right with you in moment"? When someone finally approached me he wasn't pleasant, more like he was in a rush ..asked me if I had an appointment, I said no..and dismissively said "You would need to leave your car here until 5" at this point its 1pm..nothing polite and welcoming at all. I NEVER got treated that way by Roberto G..whether I had an appointment or not he would still be accommodating and actually ask and look around with the technicians to see if I would be helped. For me the issue wasn't having to leave my car it was the energy in the shop and the way the consultant responded to me. I did not feel the presence of customer service I have always felt coming in since my first service. I am a very loyal customer when it comes to how I'm treated and assisted. I have no problem writing a great review to make sure good people and good service are being recognized (see my previous review a year ago). I'm sure all of Roberto's patrons will be disappointed as I was today. Also, the way they responded when I ask about him was as if something had happened. Not surprised the good people always get the short end of the stick. Needless to say I will not be back EVER!
Tips: 1. Work on being more welcoming 2. Acknowledge EVERY customer that walks in your establishment 3. Don't treat customers like second class citizens when they say they have no appointment 4. Smile..IT COST NOTHING 5. Customer loyalty is everything, so keep that at the forefront your mind 6. Customer's remember positive experiences so always aim to make every experience for a customer whose choosing to spend their money at your establishment a great one. 7. Emotional Intelligence goes along way in life specifically in business. 8. Have your team take a page from Roberto's book of customer service, because he ALWAYs went above and beyond EVERY SINGLE time. Truly a GREAT employee.
I left upset and dismissed. A customer should never have to feel like at a place of service. NEVER AGAIN.
My two cents.
My Review 1 year ago:
I frequent this location for everything mainly because this is where I purchased my car. I came in for an oil change recently. As soon as I stepped into the dealership service center Roberto G. assisted me right away. I had a fuse that had blown, he took care of it right away with out hesitation. As he did a preliminary eval of my car he suggested other things that may needed to be updated.
I found Roberto to be very knowledgeable about Honda's and cars over all. I trusted his judgement as he advised me as to what I can do now and possibly do later. I didn't feel pressured to do everything right there. He was patient, and understanding and made me feel like he wanted me to have the best customer service and to also ensure that I knew everything before I agreed to anything. He answered all my questions with out rushing, even though he had others waiting he managed it very well.
I got everything done in one day, and he even alerted me of a recall on a part on my car and had it repaired. He even stayed longer than his work schedule to ensure all was good with me. That's real customer service. For as long as I live in the area, I look forward to coming to this location and having Roberto G. assist me as long as he's there!
I have been going to Honda of Tysons Corner for regular service maintenance (and state inspection - free with their coupon) since moving here about 2 years ago for my Civic and Odyssey (and my Mercedes GL 450 for the inspection). In this time, I have had the opportunity to work with several team members (Jesse, Brian and recently Troy). They have always been polite, attentive and provided excellent customer service. Admittedly, the cost is sometimes more than other visits, but my experience is that the team members explain the reasons, and they are open to possibly prioritizing the repairs if cost is too prohibitive. When I drive away, I do have full confidence that my car is not going to break down and cause my family inconvenience or jeopardy, and that is very important to me.
Excelent experience. Quick respond to my inquiry. Good customer service. My only complain was that we do not have the flexibility to pick up the car in Saturday service on Sunday. Best, Gus
We bought a 2015 Odyssey and our salesman, Mohamed Ameyar, made the process quick and easy. We were very pleased and continue to be pleased with customer service at Honda of Tysons.
Two words! "Roberto Gonzalez" is the best! Period! He made my walk-in visit a great experience. I will definitely go back to Honda of Tysons Corner just because of his exemplary hospitality and knowledge of what my vehicle needed. I definitely recommend and will recommend this place to my friends and family because of him.
This place is good to buy a car. They offer competitive price. However, I am not happy with the after sales. I was given temporary tags that expires after a month. I did not receive my registered tags till date. Every time I call them they bluntly say my tags have not yet been received from DMV and say we will ship you another set of temporary tags and someone will call you back to confirm my address and nobody bothers to call neither send another set of tempt tags. When I call again it's the same circle. Not sure if the staff actually cares about their customers.
Review edited: 5/9/19: Called up and no change in status. Reduced another star.
Several weeks ago I called to set up an appt to get my recalled airbag replaced. I was told it would take a couple weeks to arrive. No problem. It's been about 6 weeks now, no call. I tried to call twice today and the first time the service dept didn't answer and their voicemail doesn't work. Made a second attempt just now and someone picked up the phone and said "we're busy" and slammed the phone down. Great service guys. I was going to have other service done while my car was there. Guess I'll give someone else the money.
I read some other really positive reviews about this dealership, so I was particularly disappointed when my experience at the service department was so different. I made an appointment with no problem. When I arrived for my appointment (on a Friday), no one greeted me or said a word to me. I took a minute to look around and figure out where I should go, with employees walking right past me. I met with Michael Lewis from the Orange Team, who asked me to wait for an exceeding long time standing in his doorway while he shuffled through papers. I explained to him the problem that I was having with my car, in as much detail as possible, since it was an intermittent problem that could be difficult to replicate. I was disappointed that, a few hours later, he said they could not determine the problem (but I knew that could be a possibility). What bothered me particularly was the way that he talked down to me as a woman. He assumed that the problem was a simple warning light that I didn't understand, and he would not listen when I tried to explain exactly why that couldn't be the problem - even interrupting me to try and talk over me. But the biggest problem came the next day, when I did some simple research online about my car's problem. I discovered that Honda had come out with a service bulletin a month earlier detailing my exact problem. As a Honda service technician, he should have known about this. Instead, they wasted my time and frankly insulted me in the process. I spoke with the service manager about this the following day. He was very nice to me, but also made excuses for the service team rather than acknowledging that they had been rude and ignorant of what has been identified as a known problem. I will not be returning to this dealership for future service, and would definitely not recommend it to others.
I'm currently live in CT, but I bought my Honda Accord in 2013 at this dealer while I was working there. The sale experience was great. Brought my car in today to have a check up, most of the time I had great experience until today. The service consultant/service guy that I saw is Lewis Gregory. He act like he is some kind of superior human being (sure he knows more about car than I do...but that's probably about it), the tone of voice was condescending, no smile, no greeting, told me to wait about1/2 an hour I waited for an hour and I have to come out to ask if my car is ready. When I asked a couple of questions, he gave me answers that only people in the field would know...hello I'm not a car tech...and make a face when I tried to ask the question again cause I don't understand it (he needs to understand that the customer paid for his bills)He should definitely take a class on customer service and learn how to smile, greet customers, and make them feel comfortable. Because I know this Honda for a long time that is why I will come back for services, but definitely not this guy. IF YOU REALLY WANT GOOD SERVICE FIND SOMEONE ELSE NOT THIS GUY
Go see Honda Tysons; Jeremiah will treat you right. Price on auto trader is the price he'll quote you. Tamim was highly knowledgeable about the Accord I came in after, including an indepth understanding of every bell and whistle on the touring model, and had a great personality.
Although I was pre-approved through Honda financial, Tamim was instructed to get me to fill out a credit application with Honda Tysons; after I reiterated that I had already applied for and received credit from Honda (and thus didn't need to fill out an in-house credit application), he didn't push the credit application again. I've definitely had worse about the credit application at other dealerships.
Woodson and Peter in finance are great to work with.
TL/DR: 2300+ 4.6 star reviews and lowest advertised prices on the internet means you should go to Honda of Tysons Corner for your next car.
My family and I are thrilled with our new Honda Pilot purchase from Honda of Tysons Corner on last Saturday! This is our 5th Honda purchase and we are very happy with the fair price we received.
Thank you, management of Honda of Tysons Corner for making our Pilot Elite purchase a mutually pleasant experience and for running a top notch and excellent dealership!
I'd like to add that our sales consultant, Adam was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough as he explained the many features during our test drive. We really appreciated his consultative and relaxed approach in bringing us up to speed with all that the Pilot Elite had to offer - there was clearly a lot to learn!
Adam kept us informed throughout the process so we knew when to expect our meeting with the Business Manager, Atef. Thank you very much, Adam for making our car buying experience a thoroughly pleasant and well-informed experience!
Also, my husband and I appreciated Atef's time as he patiently explained the Honda Sentinel Care and Fidelity Warranty programs which we realized quickly were necessary. Thank you, Atef for your help with our financing options and purchase of our newest family vehicle.
Finally, we have two high schoolers who patiently waited through this buying process and most importantly, will be future Honda car owners! We are already considering the CR-V for our rising HS Senior and know that we'll be back!
We absolutely will recommend Honda of Tysons Corner to our friends and suggest that you visit this dealership for your next Honda purchase!
Made an appointment for simple oil change. Still waited almost 3 hours for it. Why give me a time to come if I have to wait that long. Lot of people came and left while I was just waiting. I assume they were doing more than oil change. Please just let customer know the wait time even with their appointment.
Total rip off! Save yourselves from exorbitant service costs. If there was a less than 1 Star option, i would have given that. Barely a 2.5 year old Honda Civic and our regular servicing costed 300$. We do not use the car much and has barely 15,000 miles now. They advised to get the brake fluid change which actually was not needed and manufacturer recommendation in every three years (Unfortunately checked this later). The brake fluid change alone costed $150 ($128 for Labor alone). I later checked with other dealers and prices online and it should not cost more than $80 with labor. Another $140 for just oil change and windshield fluid. After recommending these changes for a regular service, they called and said we need tire alignment and air filter replacement which they estimated to cost another $230. Glad that we declined this. The representative was rude and when told about the discounts at other places for a bill over $200, he responded rudely. Will stick with Brown's Arlington. Better service and better discounts as well.
Did a lot of research and could not find better prices within almost 500 miles. So I drove 3.5 hours to the place. Got to the location and though it was very busy, workers there apologized for the wait time and assured me that I would be taken care of. Khalid my salesperson, was of great assistance during the the whole experience, he listened and paid great attention to what mattered most to me on a car. He was not pushy at all and was very informative on the trim levels of the make and models of the cars. He even took extra time to show and educate me on the great technology the vehicle had to offer. Overall very smooth and painless experience and I am very pleased.
Polite, Courteous and Straightforward, the staff at Tysons helped work with me to get my new car at a price I could afford. They were very knowledgeable about the features of their vehicles and encouraged questions.
Honda Tyson's Corner was a great choice to buy a new car. The salesman Patrick was the MVP. I am very happy with my purchase. The reason for four stars is that I feel I was lowballed by Sonic with my trade-in value. I probably could have gotten more, but it is what it is.
