We went to the Used car lot, I went in to see a Honda Odyssey and they were supposed to bring a Volvo SUV from their sister dealership but didn't bother to even though I had requested it via telephone and confirmed. Was disappointed, the car I went to see was not how it was pictured, they failed to show all the scuffs and damage to the car. While I was there, the sales person basically stalked us the entire time and was practically in a yelling argument with my dad who had joined us in our search. I should have left at that moment but decided to look at one more car that I had not done my research on. I ended up buying it and it has been a bad decision since. I felt the car was overpriced by at least $1000 and had asked them to reduce it, they gave me their sales pitch about TruePrice which is really a bunch of bull. That they don't operate like a normal car dealership and wanted to be more like carmax. I purchased it 3 months ago for $16k and I have tried to trade it in since it really isn't the right car for me, when I took it to carmax they gave me a trade in value of $10k. When I looked it up I had over paid by $3k despite their "True Price." I will never purchase another car from here, they really have terrible sales service and the loans are high interest.
