We had a great experience with Derreck Folgar buying a new Honda Odyssey. He was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and was able to highlight the features we would be interested in. He was able to answer all of our questions and clearly knew the product inside and out. He was patient as we tried all of our car seats in the car to make sure it would meet our needs.
