I am giving the two stars instead of one because Honda of Tysons Corner offered me a service clinic. Indeed, the service advisor kindly initiated the clinic on site and called me to inform any recommendation for potential service.
The reason I am not giving five stars is the advisor's change of attitude after I declined to take the recommended items. In particular, he left a voice message around noon to give me a list of recommended items for service and asked whether I like to go with recommendation or instead finalize the clinic. I left voice messages four times between 1PM and 5PM to ask finalizing the service clinic and to inquire when I can pick up my vehicle. I have not received any return call and had to wait until next day to check with another service advisor to check whether my vehicle is ready to pick up.
Next morning, I visited the original service advisor to pick up my car. I could not find any kindness from his face or attitude that I observed yesterday. I am not sure how much he was disappointed when I refused to take any recommended item after service clinic but this change of attitude and non-responsiveness gives me an impression that I was not respected as a customer.
