I've been taking my Honda here since I purchased it from Honda of Tysons Corner, and while I've had hit-or-miss experiences with other service advisors, I can't speak highly enough of Tim Godinho. My car was up for its 100k maintenance and after detailing what I knew would be a pricy maintenance visit Tim and the team of technicians started work. About an hour or so later I got a call back from Tim where the technician had found additional work that should be done, but throughout the conversation Tim was very upfront about what things should be done for safety or reliability, and what things could wait until later. Yes, it was expensive, but I never felt pressured to do something and I didn't feel like I was being upsold, which was a relief. I think everyone who's ever found "their guy" at a repair shop can relate to that feeling of relief, and so long as he's around Tim's going to be my guy at Honda.
