In working with Moe my car needed to have some parts replaced for my CR-V (7 years/76500 miles) and he gave me the proper estimate and the expected timeline for the service. It was quite a bit of time but the lobby was a good place for me to bring my laptop and get some classwork finished. I could have easily taken a shuttle ride to Tysons Mall if I was feeling antsy at all.
