On February 9, we bought a 2016 Honda Accord Sedan at the Honda of Tysons. My salesperson was Sanjeev Kaushik who warmly greeted me and my son Joe at the entrance of their showroom. Since I was a return customer, I recognized, Khalil Azmi, a New Car Sales Manager. He also greeted me with warmth and made his personal business to educate us on various options we had available. He spent significant time with us offering his help in the seamless execution of the transaction. He assured us we were in the safe company of Sanjeev Kaushik.
Khalil was right. We found Sanjeev very helpful and not at all obsessed to only closing the deal. He provided very relaxed and involved car buying experience. My son Joe who has been a service manager at a Honda Dealership in Texas (He did not disclose this information until the end) was also very impressed with the level of customer care provided by both Khalil, Sanjeev and their finance department.
After the selection of the car and completion of paperwork with Sanjeev, we were personally approached and invited by Finance Manager, Ardian "Ardi" over to his office for formalization of the paperwork. We found Ardi to be highly professional, thorough and very friendly as well.
As we drove away from the dealership in our new car, my son and I looked at each other and said "What a pleasant experience!
Being in people business for more than 35 years, I know the winning attitude only trickles down from the top. Kudos to the top management for empowering their employees.
