I recently visited Honda of Tysons for the time to have my wife's 2015 Acura RDX serviced. I was promptly met by Tim Godinho who became my Service Advisor. He was polite, friendly and smiled. He listened to the issues that were of concern and never interrupted. He then responded with a well versed game plan that included a few options. I never felt pressured and my gut told me he was knowledgeable and not overselling services. We agreed upon a time that he would circle back to me once they had a chance to fully inspect the car. Tim was on-time and explained what was discovered and what his recommendations were. They made sense ans we moved forward. The work was done timely and was ready when I arrived. They washed the exterior and the interior was left in good shape. Rates for labor and parts were fair. I will definitely take the RDX back again. Thanks to Tim for treating me with with professionalism and top knotch customer service. Best, Todd Z.
